What we collect
Account data (name, email, company), quotation data (specifications, drawings, 3D models) and technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and abuse prevention.
Why we use it
To calculate prices, produce and deliver your parts, keep your account secure, and communicate about your quotations and orders. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Drawings and specifications are shared only with the manufacturing partner selected for your order, and with processors that host our platform and send our email. All processing takes place within the EU where possible.
Retention
Account and order data are kept as long as required for our administration and statutory retention periods. Drawings can be deleted on request unless an order obliges us to keep them.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data via info@1turnahead.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
We use functional cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your quote. Analytics or marketing cookies are only placed after your consent.
