Who is the customer?
Customers order from 1TurnAhead; you receive the order with full drawings and specifications. You produce under our quality standard.
Who sets the customer price?
You supply your purchase rates; the platform adds its margin towards the customer. You never see or set the customer price — only your own rates.
Can other suppliers see my rates?
No. You see and edit only your own data, enforced with row-level security at database level.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. You decide per request. Sharper rates and faster lead times increase how often you win, but nothing is mandatory.
How long does the review take?
We review completed profiles within two business days.
