The conditions under which 1TurnAhead provides quotations and brokers CNC turning work.

Who we are
1TurnAhead operates an online platform for CNC turning work. We collect your specification, calculate an indicative price and place the production with a qualified manufacturing partner in the EU.
Quotations and prices
Prices shown in the configurator are an indication based on the specification you enter. A binding quotation follows after technical review of your drawing. Prices exclude VAT and shipping unless stated otherwise.
Orders and delivery
An order is accepted once we confirm it in writing. Stated lead times start after technical clarification and, where applicable, approval of a first article. We inform you as soon as we know a delivery date is at risk.
Metaalunie conditions
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the METAALUNIE CONDITIONS apply to our deliveries and services, filed with the registry of the court of Rotterdam. We send them free of charge on request via info@1turnahead.com.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
Drawings, models and specifications you upload remain your property. We use them solely to quote and produce your parts and share them only with the manufacturing partner selected for your order.
Liability
Our liability is limited as set out in the Metaalunie conditions. We are not liable for consequential loss, production stoppage or loss of profit.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are settled as provided in the Metaalunie conditions.
